About the Role
As the Senior Brand Manager at Nando’s ANZ, your primary mission is to turn up the heat on the brand and connect deeply with our target audience.
You'll be the marketing team’s go-to in helping us reach our goal of becoming ANZ’s most loved restaurant brand. With your seasoned experience in marketing communications, project management, and an eagle eye for what makes feathers fly in the creative world, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand story and leading us to spicy new heights.
This is a full-time permanent role, based in our funky office in Abbotsford, Melbourne with flexible work arrangements and great coffee nearby. Travel across ANZ may be required at times.
Your Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy: Work with the Head of Brand to develop and execute a brand strategy that align with company goals.
• Marketing Communications: Lead the flock in crafting and executing integrated and unique marketing campaigns.
• Audience Engagement: Scratch beneath the surface to deepen our understanding & bond with our target audience (internal and external), cooking up innovative campaigns that make hearts flutter and feathers ruffle.
• Creative Judgement: Provide clear creative judgement and guidance to our in-house and external creative partners, ensuring all communications is true to our brand.
• Project Management: Keep all our eggs in one basket by overseeing the full life cycle of brand and comms initiatives, ensuring they’re on time, within budget, and packing a punch.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be able to collaborate with our multi-functional marketing team as well as; grocery, operations, supply and legal.
• Advocates, creators and influencers: Partner with some of the brightest flames across social, music, sport and entertainment to create powerful partnerships.
What you will bring:
• Tertiary education in marketing and communication or related field, and relevant experience (agency and/or client side)
• Proven knowledge and experience growing beloved brands and leading the outstanding communications campaigns
• Ability to build sustainable, positive relationships with groups inside and outside the organization
• Experience of working in a food or a retail background is ideal but not essential
