Join us in shaping our future–and yours.Role reports to: CFO - Finance DirectorLocation: SydneyTravel %: 0What you will doThe BUF Manager, Commercial Health is responsible for managing the consolidation of financial reports, identifying trends, driving the business plan process, implementing internal controls, and monitoring staff performance. As the manager, you will ensure that appropriate systems and processes are in place to report financials timely and accurately, validate capital reporting structures, and review and approve resolutions to accounting issues:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement innovative strategies to drive commercial health for the organization.Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.Development of market models to assess category sizing, market share and validate brand financial KPIs.Analyze market share performance vs. competitors developing competitive insights to support delivery of Consumer roadmap.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Continuously monitor and analyze market trends to inform business decisions.Provide thought leadership and guidance to senior leadership on commercial health matters.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financials.Lead the business plan process and prepare presentations for management.Identify critical factors affecting profitability and evaluate potential to achieve profit results consistent with company goals.Review and approve resolutions to accounting issues and address complex concerns.Monitor performance of staff against departmental objectives and recommend salary increases, promotions and terminations.Consolidate financial reports and identify trends by comparing actual results to budget.Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to report financials timely and accurately.Validate capital reporting structures, overall budget, and planned spending amounts.What we are looking forRequired Qualifications8-10 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success.University/Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and manage a team.Experience with developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.Experience with identifying critical factors affecting profitability and evaluating potential to achieve profit results consistent with company goals.Experience with reviewing and approving resolutions to accounting issues and addressing complex concerns.Desired QualificationsIn-depth knowledge of the commercial health landscape, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.Experience with forecasting/budgeting/cost department.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
