HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced APS6 level Business Analyst (Disability and Projects) to join a dynamic Accessibility and Inclusion team within a federal government agency.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct co-design/consultation with internal stakeholders, including staff with disability, line managers, and enabling services.
* Perform research into accessibility and inclusion best practices.
* Conduct audits and gap analysis to inform decision-making.
* Gather, document, and assess scope/requirements from stakeholders.
* Create detailed process maps and recommend improvements.
* Manage and mitigate risks while contributing to program and business improvement initiatives.
