Job Description
Your New Role
We have an opportunity with one of our key programs providing support and maintenance of a large enterprise environment spanning multiple locations (ideally you will have an NV1 Security Clearance). This role will see work within a high-performance leveraged team working across a wide range of technologies. As an End User Services Administrator, your role will perform some or all the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
* Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain computer systems and operating systems and services.
* Troubleshooting and fault remediation activities
* Create and maintain various AD Account types.
* Create, update, and amend process documentation, knowledge base articles, and Standard Operating Procedures
* Interact with users and key business stakeholders providing subject matter expertise.
* Provide deskside user support for various applications and Citrix based environments.
* Install and configure standard company software packages and applications using customised in-house toolsets.
* Assist users with data backup and recovery.
* Assist users with print and LRS related issues.
* Deploy solutions as part of a project or initiative according to organisation standards.
* Investigate and resolve user requests and problems that arise from the recent PC Migration Project.
Qualifications
About You and What You'll Bring
Coupled with your education and/or experience, you have exposure to some of the below tools and methodologies:
* High level of skill with the relevant technologies such as Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Office, Teams), desktop and laptop hardware (HP, Dell), Cisco Phones, Mobility (iOS).
* Skype for Business
* Highly desirable skills in Windows Server, Exchange, O365, Networking.
* LRS
* Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
* PowerShell
* MECM
* Ivanti
* Strong understanding of ITIL processes.

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a current NV-1 security clearance.
