About the Position:This position presents a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging caseload. You will be involved in high-stakes disputes, insolvency matters, and business litigation across both Victorian and Federal courts. Working closely with experienced Senior Lawyers and Partners, you will have the chance to refine your advocacy skills, manage your own files, and play a key role in strategic case planning. This role will provide invaluable exposure to complex legal matters in a supportive and well-resourced environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing a variety of commercial litigation and insolvency cases. Drafting legal documents, court submissions, and strategic advice. Engaging in advocacy, dispute resolution, and client negotiations. Collaborating with senior lawyers on high-profile litigation matters. About You: Minimum 3-4 years' PAE in commercial litigation & insolvency. Strong negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
