What's this role all about?
This is a newly created role that will see you leverage a significant number of existing contracts across federal and state governments. We're fortunate enough to have strong achievements in public sector recruitment, but we want to take it to the next level. You will identify and proactively approach public sector stakeholders to develop mutually beneficial relationships. This pivotal role will link public sector hiring managers with skilled recruitment consultants to fulfil a range of both temporary and permanent requirements on a national level. Working within the national sales team, you will have access to considerable internal knowledge and expertise to assist you in leveraging relationships within government. This role will not be responsible for the filling of roles but will be instrumental in creating connections between contracted clients within public sector and suitable consulting talent internally. This role can be based in Canberra, or at any of our offices nationwide.
To appropriately engage with the right stakeholders, this role will be called Public Sector Engagement Lead.
