JLT Public Sector is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Member Engagement Coordinator. In this role, you will work in our Adelaide Marketing team to coordinate and execute marketing and event activities. This is a an 8-month fixed term employment with a view to be a permanent role.
What can you expect?
1. Assist the Marketing manager to maintain marketing calendar and plans that align with our business objectives.
2. You will also assist in creating, proofreading, and editing marketing materials, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.
3. Planning and execution of events, providing on-site support and managing logistics.
4. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, processing invoices, and maintaining databases.
5. Respond to member inquiries promptly and accurately, delivering excellent customer service and resolving issues to ensure a positive member experience.
6. Oversee user management of our Member Centre and online platforms, ensuring smooth access and providing support to members as needed.
7. Coordinating and updating our website content on a frequent basis.

We will count on you to:
13. Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) principles and techniques is highly desirable.
14. You should possess strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
15. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are crucial for handling member inquiries effectively and delivering exceptional member experiences.
16. Experience with EDM software such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Campaign Monitor.
17. Familiarity with AEM for website management and content creation is advantageous.
What you need to have:
18. Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience.
19. Strong written and verbalmunication skills are essential.
20. A creative mindset and attention to detail.
