About the Role
This is a Tuesday to Saturday role, providing a professional and friendly welcome to all clients who come into MICM Real Estate Southbank office.
Key Responsibilities
* Screening telephone calls and accurately relaying messages.
* Handle all client enquiries efficiently and accurately to ensure clients leave with a positive image of our company.
* Issuing and Receiving keys to contractors, owners and renters, assisting with renter application enquiries.
* Receipt monies for rental, owner's corporation and sales fees.
* Operating the Microsoft Teams phone system.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience working within a high-volume Reception area.
* Professionally presented with a strong commitment to customer service.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and work well under pressure.
* Mandarin language speaking encouraged to apply.
