Job Title: Principal Consultant
We are seeking to establish a pool of Principal Consultants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2025 and up to the end of February 2026.

As a Principal Consultant, you will provide high-level professional and strategic support to develop, implement, and coordinate projects, programs, and initiatives that enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Your expertise will contribute to the design and delivery of system-wide strategies, ensuring the alignment of policy, resources, and services to improve student outcomes. You will conduct research and analysis to inform policy development, prepare briefing materials and reports, and coordinate cross-divisional projects to support the Department of Education's strategic priorities.
In this role, you will engage with senior management, staff, and external stakeholders to build and maintain strong networks across schools, regions, and the wider community.
