As a Curriculum Administration Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that changes and proposals in relation to curriculum align with the University's procedures, policies, and deadlines. You will provide expert guidance to our academic community, manage our curriculum administration system (AKARI), create, and maintain essential documentation to facilitate a seamless curriculum management and approval process.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assist users in utilizing the Curriculum Administration Management system (AKARI) for curriculum approval processes
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective curriculum management
* Provide expert advice in a professional and confidential manner to executive-level staff, University academics, and administrative personnel regarding the University curriculum management procedures and policies
* Review curriculum data and prepare proposed new and modified curriculum information for presentation at University Committees (both Faculty and Central Committees)
* Represent Curriculum Administration Management at Faculty Courses Committee Meetings

You are looking for:
* Completion of a relevant qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education training
* Experience working with large database systems, and information management processes
* Capability to investigate, analyse data and write/present reports
* High level oral, written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
* Experience in course development or Student Administration is desirable but not essential
