If so, you may be well suited to the role of APS 6 Publications Manager within our Attack Helicopter Systems Program Office (AHSPO) located in Brisbane, QLD.
As the APS 6 Publications Manager you will be responsible to provide assurance and data knowledge to support technical and engineering activities and ensure quality and compliance with appropriate technical delegations commensurate with relevant legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks. You will interpret and provide advice to management in accordance with Defence Policy and Procedures.
You will be expected to engage with stakeholders, investigate, report, develop, evaluate, advise and implement policies, procedures, practice and manage resources specific to assurance and data specifications to support AHSPO. This position is key to the delivery of integrated engineering logistic support to AHSPO.
About our Team
The new Attack Helicopter Systems Program Office (AHSPO) Apache capability is designed to support the Joint Force of the late 2020s and beyond to fight and win the land battle.
As the Attack Helicopter project is an emerging capability, the team, which comprises of ADF, APS and Contractor staff, is rapidly growing. The Team is currently split between Canberra, Brisbane, and Townsville.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Publications Manager to work within an Integrated Logistic team.
Candidates who can demonstrate an ability to rapidly acquire the requisite skills will also be considered.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have proven experience within Aviation technical data management.
* Have knowledge and experience in technical and engineering activities, quality and compliance with appropriate technical delegations commensurate with relevant legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks.
* Possess the ability to build positive relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
* Have well developed verbal and written communications skills.
* Always act in a manner that advances the reputation of Army Aviation Systems Branch as professional and outcomes oriented.
