The Role Seeking an experienced Customer Service all-rounder for a 12-month fixed term contract due to start in APRIL or MAY 2025. Based in Sydney's Northern Beaches, this is a great opportunity to work close to home with an amazing team with Friday's WFH!
Responsibilities include: Handling customer inquiries via phone & email Liaising with production and other departments Inventory management Sales End to end processing of wholesale & distributor orders in Indigo8 Liaising with external 3PL eCommerce sales support Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + super
Location: Sydney Northern Beaches
Contract: 12-month fixed term maternity cover
Start: April or May 2025
Hours: 5 or 4 days per week; 8am-4pm, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm
