You will offer first call resolutions to our customers and service providers, and filter calls to Claims Advisors.Your duties will include:Answering inbound phone calls and providing excellent customer serviceAssisting customers and service providers with clear and concise informationCase noting phone calls and leaving follow up information for Claims AdvisorsLiaising with other team members to ensure complex queries are set for follow upUnderstanding the general overview of claims management, timeframes and legislationMaintaining strong compliance requirements for both internal and external auditsAbout YouStrong customer service focus with an upbeat personality and fantastic phone mannerProactive mindset and drive to help others at a vulnerable time in their livesExcellent computer skills and ability to learn new systemsResilient, confident and willing to learn in a continuously changing environmentAbility to manage in a fast-paced and high-volume spaceAbout SuncorpWe believe in setting you up for success and we want to empower our workforce and elevate your career with us.
