Are you a dynamic, organised professional with a knack for high-level executive support and a drive to make things happen? We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join Carey supporting the Director of Ministries/CEO. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leadership and contribute to the smooth operation of governance and senior management functions within our organisation. You’ll play a key role in managing the CEO’s time, supporting governance activities, and working closely with the Board, Governance Council, and key leaders to contribute to our mission. You’ll be the bridge between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless flow of communication and information.
Responsibilities
* Bring an active Christian faith and embody the values and mission of Carey in all interactions.
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills, a professional and service-oriented approach, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong organisational and time management skills.
* Convert strategic ideas into actionable tasks, including turning concepts into professional papers or presentations.
* Demonstrate proficiency with Google Suite and other software platforms, along with a knack for problem-solving and making sound decisions.
* Be a team player with a friendly, outgoing personality, ready to collaborate and contribute to our success.
