As an Analyst in our Change and Challenge team, you will support the governance of Macquarie’s Operational Risk Material Risk Frameworks, related strategic initiatives and embedment of principles across the organisation.
You will identify and propose improvement opportunities which will inform the design of Macquarie’s risk management frameworks and develop subject matter expertise across risk assessments, control management, assurance, issues and incident management and policy governance to provide effective oversight over our frameworks and practices.
What you offer

* Prior experience in a comparable role in Banking and Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of risk and control management
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and multiple levels, coupled with strong attention to detail.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
