Working under general direction, you will utilise your practical skills and knowledge to contribute to the effective and efficient operation of our laboratory. Your responsibilities will include venepuncture, specimen collection, courier runs, sorting and accessioning specimens, and accurate data entry. You will also assist with preparatory duties, storage, and transport of specimens in line with established protocols. Technical Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of pathology laboratory operations, medical terminology, and quality and regulatory standards. Familiarity with pathology-specific computer programs is desirable. Workplace Readiness : Proficient in using computers and associated software, with a strong focus on maintaining safety and adhering to Work Health and Safety practices.
