Wealth management is a high-growth industry that requires skilled professionals to manage client relationships and provide exceptional service.
Our Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager with a strong background in wealth management, stockbroking, or FinTech. The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills, a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, and be comfortable meeting clients and being the main point of contact for queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationships: Develop deep understanding of assigned clients, including key clients and their requirements.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with advisors and key personnel.
* Client Engagement: Meet with clients from time to time, including social functions, to build rapport and understand their needs.
* Client Service: Perform regular client calls/visits, publish written agendas, post-meeting minutes, and outstanding action items, and provide regular reporting of progress and follow-up actions.
* Client Training: Work closely with the Product and Onboarding team to ensure seamless adoption of new clients.
* Risk Management: Take ownership of all aspects of risk associated with the client, including service issues with regulatory/compliance implications.
Requirements:
* Communication Skills: Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience: Minimum of 2+ years' experience within a wealth management, stockbroking, or FinTech environment with strong client interaction.
