We’re seeking a talented and dedicated Relationship Manager to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our members, understanding their needs, providing them with personalised solutions, as well as growing our existing member base.
About the Role
1. You will take ownership of retaining, developing, and increasing the Police Bank membership, as well as ensuring the ongoing profitable growth of lending portfolios.
2. This is an ‘on the road’ role where you will actively promote the Police Bank brand and our products and services at member meetings, industry functions, conferences, and events.
3. Provide specialist advice and personalised recommendations to both new and existing members; there is also some internal servicing where you will provide advice and handle enquiries via phone and email.
4. Provide feedback on changes in market conditions, competitiveness, and competitor activities.
About you
1. Solid experience as a relationship manager or business development manager in the retail banking space is a must. Mobile Lenders and Branch Managers will also be considered.
2. This is a 100% on the road role – a current Australian Driver’s License is essential for this position.
3. Strong understanding and knowledge of personal lending is essential.
4. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Passion for exceeding client expectations and achieving results.
