About the Role
Curries @ BLVD is seeking an experienced and talented Chef to join our dynamic team in Joondalup, Western Australia. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, innovative meals that delight our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from our diverse menu, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff.
* Manage kitchen inventory and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to any customer inquiries or concerns.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team.
