You’ll have the opportunity to work across different parts of the software development life cycle, driving the best possible outcomes for our customers.Your responsibilities will include representing xAmplify to our clients during requirements gathering and design phases, structuring the delivery of solutions, and performing ServiceNow configuration and testing. You will also be involved in early-stage demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, hosting requirements workshops, solution designs, test planning, deployment, and hyper care activities.ENGAGEMENT TYPEOpen to individuals seeking both permanent and contracting roles.KEY ELIGIBILITYxAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defense, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. For your ServiceNow platform expertise, we're looking for:At least 3 years of ServiceNow administration and development experience in multiple environments.ServiceNow System Administrator certification is mandatory, with additional certifications like CIS or CAD preferred.Experience in tech development with languages and technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, HTTP, REST, SOAP, and SAML 2.0.Experience defining ServiceNow requirements, building solution design documentation, or running functional workshops in an agile way.Familiarity with practice/process frameworks such as ITIL, ISO standards, IT4IT is a plus.Excellent verbal & written communication skills, high level of organisation, and time management with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a deadline-driven environment.LOCATIONThis is a remote role; however, travel may be required for project work.
