Teaching - Secondary (Education & Training)MacKillop is seeking a Senior Years Curriculum Coordinator to join our leadership team.The purpose of this role is to provide high level governance and leadership of the Senior Years Curriculum at MacKillop Catholic College. Facilitate quality assurance processes around programming, assessment, and reporting. Support teachers in the high-quality delivery of curriculum and Senior Years pedagogy.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide professional curriculum support to the Principal and Deputy Principal – Academic Studies in their role as school leader through regular, ongoing communication, advice and collaboration in areas such as:Develop effective lines of communication.Provide professional support for SEQTA programming.Provide high quality support and feedback on assessment tasks and marking rubrics.Lead the quality assurance processes for teacher feedback to parents through both continuous Reporting and Semester Reporting.Adopting a proactive leadership role in the development of integrated units.Providing or organising appropriate professional development in the interpreting and implementation of senior years curriculum and pedagogy.Developing and maintaining curriculum resources which will assist teachers in their classroom roles and help them develop better understandings of wider curriculum issues.Fostering and facilitating a collaborative approach to middle years teaching and learning through the development of teaching teams or partnerships.An in-depth understanding of the Australian and South Australian College of Education Curriculums, as well as the NT Certificate of Education and Training.Minimum RequirementsDo you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check?
