The Transformation Delivery Manager role sits within the Commercial Strategy & Transformation Management team. The role supports the Transformation Delivery Lead in maintaining and operating clear and robust initiative structures and processes to help support effective oversight, decision making and drive effective delivery of a complex interrelated range of initiatives.

What will your day look like? As a Transformation Delivery Manager, you are responsible for:
Assisting with uplifting and embedding the portfolio management processes, templates and principles to help drive consistency and quality in delivery. Enabling central oversight of portfolio delivery in collaboration with the Strategy & Transformation Investment and Change streams. Monitoring and reporting on portfolio delivery performance. This includes collation of initiative data for Delivery Governance forums and Quarterly Business Reviews, along with the scheduling and coordination of these forums. Maintaining the divisional delivery roadmaps and managing dependencies between both initiatives and key delivery partners. Working with initiatives to provide proactive targeted support to help resolve challenges or conflicts that may impact delivery health. Providing support and input into Initiative Leads/Investment Management and Delivery Office (IMDO) governance activities including month-end processing to ensure that PPM data is well-managed. Supporting initiatives through all stages of the IMDO checkpoint funding lifecycle, from establishing new submissions through to initiative closure. Contributing to the Commercial content boards by providing visibility of initiatives tracking to Commercial strategic objectives. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Solid experience in delivering initiatives, portfolio management or other similarly complex operations. Understanding and demonstrated experience in initiative governance principles, methods, processes and techniques and necessary standards to deliver programs of work in a large enterprise. Knowledge of project management principles, project finance processes, risk and project management quality standards. Working knowledge and experience of various project methodologies and systems i.e. Agile, ANZ Delivery Framework; in particular, a good working knowledge and experience in PPM. Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with a broad range of stakeholders across the Enterprise. Strong relationship management skills, ability to partner and influence across the Division and leverage relationships to achieve outcomes. Ability to simplify and adapt complex content for senior decision making. Ability to synthesize large volumes of initiative data efficiently to present quality insights and drive fact based decision-making at scale. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
