Tuckshop Assistant
The role of a Tuckshop Assistant is to ensure that students and staff receive high-quality food and service. This includes assisting the Tuckshop Coordinator in day-to-day operations, ordering stock, receiving and checking supplies, handling money, following health and safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
About You
We are seeking dedicated and customer-service focused individuals with a keen interest in food within an educational setting. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you must be able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Mandatory Requirements
* A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
* Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
