We are looking for an Administration Officer to work with our team for 4 days per week. Hours for the position are 9.00am - 4.30pm, Monday / Tuesday and Thursday / Friday.
This is a customer-facing role, responsible for maintaining all administrative functions for the business.
This includes but is not limited to:
* Managing all phone inquiries
* Management of all emails
* Management of incoming mail
* Processing of creditor invoices
* Processing of all sales invoices
* Processing payments and account follow-up
* Ordering of all supplies
To be successful in this role you will require the following attributes and skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A strong work ethic with a solution-focused approach
* Ability to work as part of a team
Experience with Xero would be an advantage; however, it is not essential, as training will be provided.
