A well respected national building contractor that specialises in large Design and Construct builds is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer to work on a new $40M+ project.
Your new role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing a range of duties including but not limited:
Developing, procuring, and managing the subcontractor work packages, Management of client and subcontractor claims and process in accordance with the contract, Manage and assess variations, cash flow and liaison with major subcontractors, Manage contract finalisation including defects, manuals and variations, Co-ordination and compilation of monthly reports, Ensuring QA / ITP records are reported in accordance to the required specifications.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, it is essential that you have demonstrated experience within the construction industry as a Contracts Administrator / Site Engineer combined with the following:
Understanding of either GC21 or AS4000 contracts.
Experience managing subcontractor trade packages.
Ideally, you will hold a relevant tertiary qualification.
Competent in construction management software such as Jobpac / Procore / CHEOPS.
