Our Mobile Lending Managers get out and about every day to build and maintain strong standout relationships with customers – especially those customers who need lending products, services and advice.
Managing multiple customers across just as many markets, you’ll work flexibly to deliver the best possible experience for our customers. And because you aren’t working in the one branch each day, you’ll find other creative ways to build that customer base – including external referral networks.
What’s in it for me?
Joining BankSA has lots of benefits besides the opportunity to build a great career. For starters, you’ll be able to access some of the best banking, wealth and insurance benefits in the market. Plus, you can make some great savings with our corporate discount partners – in healthcare, travel, technology and wellbeing initiatives such as gyms and dental.
What do I need?
Our Mobile Lending Managers possess a real knack for finding & retaining new business and often start with a referral network of external partners. Which is why experience with maintaining this sort of network is a must-have to be successful.
Along with this, you’ll have extensive experience working in a customer-facing organisation (particularly in lending) and will be fully across the home lending processes.
As a people-person, you’ll always make customers feel confident that they’re in good hands – and even then, you’ll find ways to exceed their expectations. Attention to detail, creativity and solid organisational skills are a must as well – especially as you’ll be solely responsible for looking after your workload while you’re on the go.
