Ensure execution meets contract, industry standards, and best practices. Technical Leadership & Compliance Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and documentation. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Resolve technical challenges, optimizing efficiency and performance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Contract & Supplier Management Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and timeline compliance. Oversee procurement, securing cost-effective, high-quality equipment and materials. Monitor supplier performance and proactively address issues. Budget & Cost Control Manage mechanical project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets. Identify ethical, cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality. Deliver accurate forecasts and financial reports to senior management. Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants for seamless collaboration. Provide progress updates, highlighting risks and mitigation plans. Support contract negotiations and technical discussions. Site Supervision & Safety Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality installations meet design specifications. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions. Continuous Improvement & Team Development Mentor and develop junior engineers, driving technical growth. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance engineering standards. Champion innovation to optimize mechanical engineering practices.
