About You: We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will have: Proven leadership experience in a similar Duty or Assistant Management role within a high-volume venue. A hands-on approach, with the ability to manage multiple outlets including food, bar, functions, gaming, and retail. Solid knowledge of hospitality operations, with a focus on exceptional service and operational efficiency. Essential certifications: RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
