Job Description
The Regional Director ’s role will manage, influence, and develop a high performing team. The team consists of Regional Managers, Service Managers, and Coordinators, across a portfolio of services across West Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the VIC General Manager, you will lead Junior Adventures Group’s strategic and operating plan for a portfolio of services. The Regional Director with ensure compliance and service excellence with a focus on service contract retention and growth.
Your role will also include ensuring key positive relationships in these areas:
* Direct management of key accounts
* Team of direct reports including Regional Coordinator, Senior Coordinators, and Mobile Coordinators
* State and national government bodies (regulators) JAG Australia
* Executive team
* JAG group finance
* Business development managers

Qualifications
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:
* Operational and Profit & Loss leadership experience of a multi-site team
* Experience leading and developing high performing teams
* Demonstrated ability to build sustainable external and internal relationships
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role within or outside of sector
