Job Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for: Designing bold and creative marketing strategies to position the company as the market leader Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities Developing and implementing brand building strategies and marketing initiatives Driving marketing events and campaigns and promotional strategies Leading, mentoring and motivating the marketing team Ownership of end-to-end marketing and channel management for multiple brands The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will possess: Excellent English and Chinese verbal & written communication and negotiation skills Min 5-7 years in Marketing roles within FMCG industry Exceptional interpersonal skills Leadership and people management skills What's on Offer The successful Marketing Manager will benefit from: Up to $130K plus a $20K car allowance plus super Working at a fast-growing corporate with a very family-orientated culture
