We have an opportunity for an Investor Relations Analyst to work within the Investor Relations and Distribution functions. This role is based in our head office in Canberra, with the option to work from home each Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager - Investor Relations, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing or contributing to ad-hoc investor communications and corporate actions
* Responding to queries from existing and potential institutional investors and covering broker analysts
* Providing financial modelling expertise, including developing or maintaining investment models
* Collaborating with the Communications and Marketing team to deliver investor communications and service while leveraging advanced PowerPoint proficiency to create visually appealing, compelling presentations
Requirements
* You may have experience from the financial planning or banking industry
* You have tertiary qualifications in finance, economics or business
* You understand investment products and have strong financial, investment modelling and MS Excel skills
* You can demonstrate relationship building skills to work with internal stakeholders
* You can demonstrate both empathy and persuasiveness while being comfortable regularly working to critical deadlines
