Our Ideal Leading Hand Scaffolder
is a highly skilled and experienced scaffolder who is ready to take on a leadership role. They will be responsible for leading a team of scaffolders on industrial and construction sites, overseeing the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures, and conducting daily pre-starts, safety checks, and toolbox talks.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their ability to lead by example, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a scaffolder, a High Risk Licence, and a strong understanding of OHS principles.

Responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of scaffolders on industrial and construction sites.

* Conducting and facilitating daily pre-starts, safety checks, and toolbox talks.
* Collaborating with site supervisors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Supporting junior team members and trainees to develop their skills and knowledge.
