This well known and Leading Manufacturing Organisation based in Smithfield has a need for a Accounts Receivable Administrator. This role is well suited to someone from a Accounts Receivable background wanting to continue their career development or someone from a Customer Service/Admin background wanting to start their career in Accounts Receivable - this role will be guided by you!
This role provides flexibility to work from home 2 days per week after initial 2-3 month training period.
The Responsibilities:
Reporting directly into the National Credit Manager your daily duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Manage customer enquires, both internal and external
2. High level processing and data entry of stock
3. Assess and investigate of claims – liaising with internal / external parties re: stock
4. Provide customers with updates and resolutions
5. Reconciliation of customer accounts
6. Invoice generation and allocations
7. Other duties as delegated by manager
The successful applicant
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Comfortable dealing with internal/external stakeholders
10. Must have proven and previous experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Administration
11. Confident with Excel (particularly, V-Look Ups)
12. Ability to adhere to deadlines and work in a fast paced environments
13. High attention to detail, excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to customers
