THE ROLE
As a New Home Consultant, you will be the face of our company, responsible for guiding prospective customers through the new home buying process. You'll be working with a dynamic team of professionals, representing our premium brand, and assisting our clients in finding the perfect home that suits their needs and preferences.
Your day-to-day tasks would involve but not limited to:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential homebuyers, understanding their preferences and requirements to match them with the most suitable product.
* Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations both in person and virtually, to showcase the benefits and uniqueness of our product offering.
* Proactively prospect for new sales opportunities through various channels, networking events, referrals, and online platforms, and outreach initiatives.
* Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
* Proven experience in sales within the home building industry.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, hungry to achieve sales targets, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
* Willingness to work 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays - Thursday to Monday.
