The Department
The Alfred Brain Program treats inpatients and outpatients across Alfred Health and encompasses the Department of Neurosciences (neurology, stroke, epilepsy, neuro-genetics, multiple sclerosis & neuroimmunology, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular, cognitive disorders, oto-neurology), the Department of Neurosurgery, Ward 6 East (Neurosurgery, Neurotrauma) and Ward 2F (Stroke, Neurology).
The Position Summary
The role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the Director of Neurology and the Program Director, Alfred Brain. The position is the initial contact for enquiries. This includes diary management, meeting coordination, and assisting with enquiries.
Skills And Qualifications Required
Personal/Executive Assistant or General Administrative experience, ideally in a health setting Strong computer skills with proven experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
