An opportunity exists for an adaptable team player to join our Customer Service team at our foodservice branch located in Tamworth. This is a casual position, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service over the phone and to external customers in addition to performing other administrative tasks and reports. Training on our in-house systems will be provided.
Duties:
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers
* Process orders
* Generate sales and promote products and services on offer
* Work co-operatively across a busy sales team environment
* General clerical duties and liaise with other departments
Skills and Experience:
* NSW Police Clearance Certificate
* Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
* Superior customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
* Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
* Excellent computer literacy, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Sales experience and an understanding of the foodservice industry or an allied industry would be an advantage
