About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by building strong referral networks and connecting clients with our top-tier brokers. You’ll be supported by Premium Brokers with access to exclusive financial products and a large private lending pool, giving you the edge to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Identify and acquire new referral partners to expand the company’s reach
2. Manage client relationships and qualify leads for loan writers to close deals
3. Work with company-generated leads in your first three months to kickstart success
4. Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive growth
5. Act as a key link between brokers and referral partners, ensuring seamless deal flow
What You Bring to the Team:
1. 2-3 years of experience in banking, finance, or mortgage-related roles (preferred)
2. Proven success in sales or business development with a strong ability to generate new business
3. Confident in cold calling and lead generation
4. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to nurture long-term partnerships
5. Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable
