You meet with your leadership team to discuss progress on major capital and digital initiatives, addressing challenges and strategising solutions while reinforcing your role as a trusted advisor to the Executive team.Next, you participate in high-level meetings with the Health Service Chief Executive and other executives, providing insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive discussions on healthcare innovation and transformative initiatives.Networking and relationship building are key, so you take time to connect with colleagues and external partners, fostering collaboration across the organisation to ensure alignment with the transformation agenda.You then lead your multiprofessional team, focusing on capacity building and offering guidance as they navigate various project stages. Mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking are crucial to tackling complex healthcare challenges.Finally, you coordinate with external partners like Health Infrastructure Queensland and eHealth Queensland, reviewing project timelines and addressing potential roadblocks.
