Executive Assistant
A highly regarded Commercial real estate agency, based on the inner city fringe, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. With over 20 years of success in the industry, this is a key role supporting the Principal and Directors across Sales, Leasing, and Property Management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare contracts, Form 6, and other real estate documentation.
* Design and create Property Marketing Materials such as brochures, Information Memorandums, online ads, social media content, newsletters, and signboards.
* Prepare marketing submissions.
* Manage the internal CRM system.
* Process invoices and handle financial documentation.
* Manage the Principal’s emails and calendar.
* Draft professional correspondence including letters and emails.
* Book appointments and manage schedules.
* Generate reports for property campaigns.
* Serve as the point of contact for client liaison.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office with fast and accurate typing skills.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive approach, with initiative and creativity.
* Prior real estate experience is desirable.
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Canva is an advantage.
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
* Current Real Estate License required.
