This position plays a key role in the delivery of our services to NDIS clients with community access and supported independent living arrangements.Your key responsibilities will include:The creation of rostering templates for individual shifts and management of the roster. We work four weeks in advance.Filling shifts, as required and managing changes to shiftsEnsure employee hours comply with SCHADS award requirements Address any queries regarding rosters. On call will be required.Ensure overtime and health and safety KPIs are metProvide and generate reports when requested for managementThis role will require you to hit the ground running and is not for the faint hearted! About the candidate A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrityYou have at least 18 months experience with NDIS rostering. Use of MYP software highly desirable.You have strong attention to detail and a good memoryYou have excellent organisational and time management skills and will take accountability and ownership of your roleYou thrive under pressure and prioritise competing deadlinesYou think ahead, using systems for best practices and effective solutions
