About the Position:
This position is full-time permanent position located at our Lavington office to commence as soon as practicable.
As a Senior Workforce Specialist your primary focus will be on the Employee Lifecycle with a secondary focus on the development and creation of ongoing efficiencies in our HRIS, Humanforce, and our recruitment and onboarding system, Expr3ss.
Our Senior Workforce Specialist will enjoy the challenges and development opportunities presented by the exposure they receive to a variety of tasks under the Human Resources banner, allowing them to grow their skill set and progress their career.
This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, hire and retain top talent, while keeping our HR systems efficient and up to date.
About You:
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
* Previous experience in Human Resources
* Ability to trouble-shoot and resolve HRIS issues
* Ability to negotiate and influence positively to achieve business outcomes
* Strong administration and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail/data entry skills
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Eager to develop your existing skill set and progress your career
* Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve
* Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders
* Current Driver’s Licence
* Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
