MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

* Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025
* Schedule: Full-time position with rotating day and night shifts. Includes working every other weekend and holidays.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of essential facility systems and equipment, including kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, fire/life safety equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and fixtures throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform technical and mechanical tasks.
* Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs promptly to ensure the facility operates smoothly.
* Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a clean and organized work environment.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Technical, Armed Services, vocational or on-the-job training in one or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, or plumbing.
* Familiarity with fire/life safety equipment and procedures.
* Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
* Excellent customer service skills; ability to successfully interact with others.
* Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements.
* EPA 608 Certification or the ability to acquire within 90 days of employment.
* Ability to lift at least 75 lbs., work from heights, distinguish colors accurately, and climb ladders frequently.
* Previous experience.
