The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity within a dynamic global P&C team. Based in Melbourne but reporting to the Reward & Performance Lead, this is a challenging but ultimately rewarding position, as we undergo our 2nd century growth and major HR systems upgrade.
Along with general Performance and Reward duties, the role will see you:-
1. Providing support to the Group Reward & Performance team and on the Annual Performance and Reward Review process
2. Providing reporting and analysis, particularly in excel, and insights, and work with large amounts of sensitive data for the purposes of salary surveys, benchmarking and annual reviews
3. Regularly audit remuneration data to ensure the accuracy of data in the Payroll and HR systems, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies
4. Providing day to day support to the business on performance and remuneration related issues and queries. Take an active support role in remuneration activities such as remuneration reviews, incentive payments, and graduate/intern rate reviews.
5. Providing Australian specific reporting and guidance on WGEA and assist the delivery of the end of year Performance and Remuneration cycle
6. Continue to grow and develop your performance and reward career – especially as we continue our Australian growth!
What We’ll Like About You
You will have experience in a similar position, having corporate exposure to performance and rewards, awards, and some involvement in benefits would be would look at this experience as a whole but would prefer tertiary qualified with a degree in Commerce, however, depending on your experience, this may not be necessary.
