A little bit about the role You will be a member of a small team of change experts with responsibility for delivering on our change strategy and vision, ensuring that a disciplined change management approach is applied to projects across our organisational transformation. With a sizeable change agenda, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our Core Oracle Implementation. Whilst there is a system component to this transformation, our key to success is our people and enhancing the ways of working. You will have access to skilled Organisational Development practitioners and programs to support the implementation of this work. You will leverage your expertise in change management to enhance our organisational change maturity. You will help provide our Executive Leadership team with visibility on our capacity for change so they can make informed decisions to minimise the risk of change fatigue. You are highly skilled at establishing and maintaining strong relationships and can communicate across a diverse audience through a variety of platforms. Expertise and proven track record in applying change management principles, methodologies and tools: developing change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communication and training plans essential. Your ability to find your feet easily in an ambiguous/evolving environment will be key to success. Council experience is desirable.
