The opportunity and about the role:
This role leads the Central Coast and Hunter Healthcare recruitment Branch, aiming to become the region’s preferred agency through skilled, engaged staff. It is responsible for the branch’s P&L and achieving growth targets in the acute, aged, and care sectors. Success depends on building lasting partnerships with satisfied Healthcare Australia clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Grow revenue line through increased shifts
2. Deliver on agreed gross profit targets
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of pay rates, client rates and industry benchmarks
4. Develop and implement new business development initiatives to drive service line and sector growth
5. Develop key client strategies and initiate a range of business development activities, including client visits and presentations, to profile and grow the business
6. Initiate a range of attraction and sourcing activities, such as advertising vacancies, social media, networking and referrals, to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
7. Provide leadership, coaching and support to teams and consultants to ensure that they perform to the maximum of their abilities
8. Work safely and in accordance with Healthcare Australia’s OHS policies and procedures
To be considered:
Significant experience and demonstrated success in sales management within a commercial environment, success in sales management and previous project/change management experience
Qualifications:
Diploma or teritiary qualification preferably marketing, commerce or business disciplines
