Our purpose is to provide quality, cost-effective legal services to financially disadvantaged people throughout Queensland. About the Role As Senior Executive Director Corporate Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership and contribute to setting the strategic direction of the organisation. You will be responsible for leading the corporate services function to support legal service delivery to vulnerable and disadvantaged Queenslanders. This role is offered as an SES contract for a period of up to 5 years, with the possibility of an extension. About You There are no mandatory qualifications for this role; however, a postgraduate qualification in business, public sector administration, or a related discipline may be highly desirable. To be successful in the position, you will draw on experience in leadership and management roles within a complex public sector agency with broad knowledge of corporate business functions. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be used to motivate and empower others through delegating work, timely praise and recognition, encouraging continuous learning, and regular performance reviews.
