Job Title: Inside Sales Consultant - Inbound
This role is an exciting opportunity to join Aggreko's sales team and contribute to powering progress for our customers.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Consultant - Inbound. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, converting them into opportunities and sales for new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Closing transactional sales from incoming calls and converting incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales (expectations of a minimum 20% order rate)
* Making outbound calls; opportunity progression, closing orders, and proactively managing your sales plan customers
* Ensuring non-rental costs are appropriately priced (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
* Determining opportunity % of incoming opportunities. Expectations of 100%+ recovery
* Resolving customer requests independently 80% of the time, passing leads to other representatives as required
* FOLLOWING OUR SALES AND HIRE COORDINATION PROCESSES AND COMPLETE ALL RELEVANT STEPS WITHIN OUR CRM & CPQ SYSTEMS (SALESFORCE)
* CREATING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH INSIDE, FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVES AND SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIANS
* MAKING OUTBOUND CUSTOMER CALLS FOR OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT AND PROACTIVE SALES ACTIVITY
You'll have the following skills and experience:
* Sales process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
* Team player with an ability to adapt to new challenges
* Proven Customer Service Skills
* Proven track record of utilizing CRM & CPQ
* Good technical aptitude
* PC literacy in a Microsoft environment
