Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the execution of complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate control measures.
* Prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
* Evaluate whether projects comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferably in a relevant discipline such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
* Crygenics or Industrial Gas experience is essential.
* Mandatory Project Management experience; project implementation and customer management.
* Strong technical skills and a good understanding of industrial plant and equipment design, installation, and commissioning.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams.
