Are you an experienced professional in sales and supply chain management looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Distribution Manager to lead sales operations and optimise supply chain processes in a dynamic and growing company within the food and agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Management: Oversee daily orders and service for supermarket accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and commercial success.
* Production & Logistics: Coordinate domestic and export logistics, managing freight contracts and optimising routes for cost efficiency.
* Market Development: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and implement sales strategies for both domestic and international markets.
* Operational Efficiency: Work closely with management to enhance production processes, develop pricing strategies, and ensure quality fulfillment.
* Team Leadership: Lead the logistics team to maximise performance and promote continuous improvement through lean methodologies.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 5 years of experience in sales and supply chain management, preferably within the food or agricultural industry.
* Proficiency in supermarket supply chain software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and market trends.
* Proven ability to expand client accounts, drive sales growth, and lead a team to achieve operational goals.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Proficiency with accounting software, particularly 365 Business Central or NAV.
* A current driver's license and a forklift license will be highly regarded.
