We are seeking on behalf of our client, an international leading medical technology company that specializes in developing and manufacturing electronic devices for hospital beds, a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join their team.As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for your customers, providing technical expertise, product information, and support throughout the sales process. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a strong understanding of electronic medical technology and excellent communication skills in both English and French to effectively communicate with the Canadian headquarters and facilitate seamless collaboration.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompile lists of prospective clients.Visit clients to establish and act on selling opportunities.Assess and recommend goods and services to customers.Monitor customer needs and competitor activity.Educate clients on product technologies and troubleshooting.Make arrangements for on-site commissioning, repairs, and support field issues.Work with the team in the setup of the warehouse to facilitate the sale and delivery processes.Implement sales, service parts distribution, and follow up with clients on any technical issues to ensure satisfaction.Provide feedback from clients and market information to optimize warehouse operations.Work with the team on orders management, inventory management, and service support.Provide feedback to help structure system inventory to fit physical inventory.Report sales and marketability to management.Prepare sales reports and maintain business expense records.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electronics or a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales in the medical software industry.Fluent in both English and French.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMedical Equipment Manufacturing
